A Professional’s Focus

IFI offers a truly practical education experience that focuses on an ever-expanding foundation of principles and information that enables the decision-making process, enhances the xAlt Exercise Professional’s skills of investigation, customizes exercise design, progression, and exercise delivery specific to the idiosyncratic and changing needs and tolerances of the individual client. While generalized assessments, exercise instructions, and protocols of progression are generally acceptable standards of education and practice for physical therapy and personal training, at IFI we consider anything that is not client-defined as inadequate for a true IFI Certified professional. Everything must be modified based upon the individual.

We believe a professional’s education is not based upon gathering more support for what he/she already believes. Science is a process of constant questioning and investigation, which is what IFI is committed to. A professional seeks both textbook and practical knowledge that is only of value as applies to each individual client and their responses and outcome.
